Opera Cake! (so far, we haven't seen this being offered by other Coffee Bean branches in CBD area, let us know if you saw this cake in their other shops)
Opera Cake (5/5) - This is not your typical spongy cake and I think it takes time to make one Those spongy layers have a hint of espresso taste (just like tiramisu) and interchange with chocolate and butter cream which are a bit frozen. The top most is a thick layer of rich dark chocolate. I let this cake melt in my mouth so I can taste every inch of it's goodness. I'm not sure how an Opera cake in France taste like, but this definitely passes HT Couple's taste with flying colors.
